The historic Occassion took place on 22/07/2012 at the Recreation club cum canteen of Sr GM T office premises. The Association flag was hoistd by Circle Secretary Sri N.Veerapandian. The meeting started by 1030 AM . Sri K.K.Dhandapani Dist President , presided over the meeting. District secretary Sri C. Periaswamy welcomed the gathering. The jam packed hall was filled up by the District Secretaries of BSNL Forum of Unions and Associations. District Secretaries of BSNLEU, NFTE, SNEA, CEC Member of SNEA, DS of SEWA, BSNLEAU, FNTO, AIGETOA participated .
Circle Secretary.Com.N.Veerapandian spoke in morning about Tower sharing in some places, BSS Merger, GMs Transfer . In after noon session, he spoke in detailed about the decisions of Circle Executive Committee held on 21.07.12 at Chennai and the agitation programme against anti worker and in human activities of GM Finance. He appealed one and all to participate of all programmes against attitude of GM Finance.

Circle President Sri S.Sivakumar narrated about various court cases and congratulated the AIBSNLEA Team of Erode SSA, for conducting IV Dist Conferrence in a magnificent manner
