Hence , Average CPI(IW) for Sep 2011 to Nov 2011 is = (197+198+199)/3=198
Expansion for (CPI (IW) is Consumer Price Index for Industrial workers)
Hence New IDA Rate = ((198-126.33)*100)/126.33 = 56.73 i.e. approximately 56.7 % hence this is very much correct rate of expected IDA w.e.f. 01.01.2012.
Present IDA rate is 52 % with effect from 1st Oct 2011
Average CPI(IW) is to be taken for previous 3 months i.e. for IDA w.e.f. 01.01.2012 CPI(IW) for Sep. 2011, Oct . 2011 and Nov 2011 are to be taken
