15/07/2011: Transfer in the case DEs who were posted to Kerala Circle from TN Circle on DE Adhoc promotion during Sep 2010

Kindly find below informations given by one Executives Association on 15 th Nov 2010 and 15th Oct 2010. 15th Nov message made the 15th Oct message a big flop.

so when will 15th Nov message will be made flop .....


15/11/2010:- Adhoc promotion to STS: Association discussed the issue with CMD, BSNL on 12.11.10 and GM(Pers) on 15.11.10. There will not be any more extensions. Reallotment for few vacancies in some Circles like TN, STR and STP etc is also not able to do as many seniors are already joined at other Circles and due to some other pressing reasons. All our members are requested to avail the promotion as all are posted to the same or adjacent Circles as requested. The vacancies arising in the present circle in future will be automatically reserved for the Executives availed promotion and gone outside. Even if they decline, there is remote possibility that they will get the same Circle in the next DPC. So comrades, avail the promotion which we could achieve after lot of struggle at the first chance itself. Management assured that everybody will be brought back to the parent Circle after 2 years.






15/10/2010:- Adhoc STS promotion --- time extended upto 15.11.2010 for availing promotion Reallotment to the vacancies available in STR, TN, KTK and STP will be further discussed with the Management next week. The senior comrades who are interested to get reallotment to their respective units may wait till the final reallotment is over. The vacancies in different units as on 01.10.2010 is available with the Circle Secretaries and the seniors to the extent of vacancies only has to wait for reallotment.


Now for two DEs , just after the completion of 9 months , Transfers to TN Circle issued

Out of  113  got promoted in 31/07/2010 order, and 73 , posted to Kerala Circle, only 35 joined and the remaining declined promotions. Had it been known to them that within 9 months of joining they can get transfers back to TN Circle, all would have joind  DE Adhoc in Kerala Circle.
